If you run into a problem with Renewly, review this quick guide before reinstalling or removing your data.

Reminders

Check in iPhone Settings that notifications are allowed for Renewly. If you turned alerts off in the app, enable them again from the Settings section.

Local Data

Your subscriptions are stored on device. If you uninstall the app, the local storage may be removed.

Common Issues

If a renewal date or amount does not match, edit the subscription and confirm the billing cycle, currency and charge date.
